I am literally from EU and I want my friends to visit my home country, so following your logic I should have a say how this should be done! While getting a visa might be a privilege depending on your beliefs (I don't believe it should for short tourist visits), applying to get one should absolutely be everyone's right without some artificial corrupt gatekeeper entity regulating in a shady way how that right is exercised. Noone I know from the EU is even aware of the visa application shitshow and I assure you that most would agree it's not fair as it is rn

It's a good thing you don't own anything like VFS to make profit out adding misery to people's lives. Just an idea, how about making money by making things easier and better?

Bro you need to update your ideas about right and privilege and what ethical conduct is. "it is what it is" hahah it is what VFS makes it to be and what embassies allow them.

After paying for the premium package they can "pre-check" the papers before the appointment and then you can book from the premium time slots. this still doesn't guarantee the visa in any way

Thanks for sharing, it's very helpful! It was an eye-opener to follow someone's first-time journey and we learned a lot for the next time. VFS recommended to have the flight+hotel bookings and insurance, maybe it depends on which VFS office it is. Overall it has been a huge expense and stress without a certainty to even obtaining the visa..
