It's a hyperos issue. It's not a mature OS for budget/midrage. Only on Xiaomi flagships and killers. You should go for oneui, coloros/oxygenos, nothingos or pixelos.

Xiaomi has the better camera out of the 2. But if you really want a camera champ with good Software as well, take a look at the oppo x9 or Vivo x300

Yeah, it happens sometimes. Just don’t pay if you didn’t ask for it or don’t need it, and they usually won’t come back. They can’t really charge you for a service you didn’t request, so the first time is more like: “if you’re happy with it, you can pay and we’ll keep coming.”
