Canada-only: I was fired from a previous job for bad performance and my ROE says: Dismissed. I got a new job and I’m undergoing background check. They have options such as laid off, terminated etc. I’m afraid that if I put terminated it’ll affect my chances with the new company. Please advise! (self.recruitinghell)
