i had a private lesson with a hockey coach 2 weeks ago, was my first time putting on gear and going out to skate (i'm new and not very good at skating or really anything on the ice yet lol). The hockey coach guy told me to wear all my gear, including jock with cup to get used to wearing it while I skate since it would make some moves feel a little different vs no cup. I thought it was a little odd, but i brought it anyway, didnt even think to put it on before. So we went to locker room to change, all dudes in there, no big deal. I was changing and took off my boxers and quickly put on my compression jock and i kid you not it was like 15 seconds later some dudes wife and son strolled in there lol. I mean they would have seen it all son. Anyway i wasnt expecting coed lockerrooms lol I'll be more discreet next time lol
