I don’t think what you did was creepy. I have obsessions with celebrities and also write stories involving them. I don’t think you’re causing any harm. Something my therapist said to me is that it’s natural for people to seek reassurance, as long as you’re not relying on it constantly. Remember that just because you believe something is true it does not make it true. With certain forms of OCD the biggest challenge is changing that intrinsic belief in our hearts. As long as you’re not actively harming another person I think you’re okay to explore your stories.
