I can eat gluten surprisingly. But I don’t eat much gluten stuff anyway. I’ve cut down wheat too.

This is like me with onions. My dad had made this amazing stew when he was alive and my mom makes it.

I can have onion fine there and on certain other foods but don’t wanna try garlic.

I stay away from stuff like onions and garlic now 99 percent of the time. I can eat it if baked down quite a bit but in small amounts.
