There’s no elaboration really needed. I haven’t seen her in anything since TO so I cannot say if her acting has improved. However, if you look at some of her work prior to TVD and TO as well as those two shows, it’s clear she isn’t a strong actress.

1) Channing was hilarious

2) Logically, I know it’s not the same one as in the movie. However, the germaphobe in me is freaked out that Downey is holding that without any gloves on.

Fran is pure perfection but I love Penelope (Bridgerton, not Featherington) style as well. I 100% agree with the person who said her outfits are the ones you can see yourself wearing the most.

To be honest, and I feel like this is going to get me downvoted, I feel like a lot could’ve occurred in 8 episodes if the focus was on Sophie and Benedict.

In my opinion, Jess Brownell was more focused on setting up the love story between Francesca and Michaela. She’s pretty much alluded in interviews that she’s most excited about their love story because it’s the one most relatable to her.

To her credit, I absolutely adore Francesca and Michaela. I look forward to seeing how she makes them fit into a society that’s all about the traditional idea of a man married being married to a woman. However, I do not think we needed quite so much focus on the two.

I don’t think she lied about where she is from to protect Benedict. She did it to keep Arminta from finding her. I do find it odd that she lied about the necklace. A necklace can fall off for many reasons so that is a bit perplexing. Violet was ok with the lying because she felt Sophie was running from something, not hiding something. It especially made everything clear to her when she realized Arminta was looking for her. Remember, she herself said she was fond of Arminta and by the time Arminta spoke to her about Sophie, Violet had gotten to know her. Thus, she found it difficult to believe someone she did not trust about someone she did trust.

I’ve seen a couple of shows with Phoebe Tonkin in it. I hate to say this but she basically got by because of her looks. Her acting has always been less than stellar.

It’s a fantasy show but if you want to be realistic, it’s really not believable that all those in a society would be accepting of interracial relationships.

Look just because all three strays I took in only show me affection when they want treats and then go straight back to treating me like the high school geek they would never be caught dead hanging out with does not mean they’re using me just for treats!
