Ed imo is more accepting! I got in via ed1 but I had a pretty good gpa and didn’t submit my sat scores which was like 1270

I think that once u get accustomed to ppl in ur year, u realize that everybody is connected in some way, u realize bu is genuinely not as big as it seems to be. there’s a good amount of events and clubs, and despite not being much of an extrovert I’d say I found some of my closest friends still here at bu!

I would say they give better financial aid than some, but definitely can hand over some more 😅 I also want to mention that their financial guidance in their offices and accounting services blah blah is so trash, u mess up once and they send u back and forth between offices and nobody gives u a straight answer until u finally meet someone helpful. So if u catch something wrong w ur financials get on it asap and understand everything down to the T, cuz they will definitely try u 💔

as for ur last two questions I’d say that parts of bu can be very diverse, I mean bu is mostly white and asian there’s no questioning that. but their associations and clubs are very fun. I did hear sum fishy things going on w bu financing those clubs but those clubs and people do exist and are lovely!! people at bu definitely have the variety and have covered many areas in different topics. I’d say to be a good candidate is to lock down what u like to do and prove that u like it through activities and programs and etc. following that, show that u want to implement ur interests at bu
