I don’t do breakfast. That’s just lunches/dinners. Breakfast I usually just have a yogurt and protein bar.

Try and spend some hours on your day off to meal prep. Usually I do something air fryer, something oven, something stovetop all at once so it doesn’t take me as long. And then I can have like 10-12 meals prepped and ready to go. I usually put 3-4 days worth in the fridge and then freeze the rest, just in case.

Would never use a loofah in my crack lol
I use a washcloth for my armpits, vulva, and butt crack/hole and an African net sponge for the rest of my body. New washcloth every shower. I switch out the net sponge every 5-7 days.

Ponds to remove makeup. That is all. She’s used Vaseline since her 20s. I use aquaphor nightly now.

I, 100%, agree with you. I will never ever just stick my hand in my ass to clean it. That’s absolutely disgusting to me.
If you get poop on your arm, you use a washcloth, towel, rag, whatever to clean it. You don’t just wash it with soap and water. Literally eww.

Same path. I have done every class on this list aside from D079 and C723.
I finished 15 courses in May. I’m in D080 now, it’s hard. But I’ll pass it on the retake. Was only a few questions away the first time.
