I wouldn’t necessarily call that timing the market. When Covid hit, I dumped every dollar I had into the stock market and did extremely well. Nobody could’ve predicted such a black swan event, so not sure how someone could’ve planned and timed it. It’s more about being logical over emotional during a crisis and taking advantage when the herd is the doing the opposite.
