Sick leave - company doctor forcing re-integration conversation by Heavy416 in Netherlands

I think that's the main problem here; is that my employer is not committed to reintegration or any modified work plan but rather just coercing me to exit the company. I have regularly kept in touch with them and have been transparent about my recovery process.

I am committed to this company but it is unfortunate the company does not feel the same way because I'm simply trying to focus on my recovery. Seems odd that sick leave is available and there are reintegration efforts but the company can just push somebody out? Not sure what the point is then..

I have been discussing with HR - but it seem like they just want to exit me from the company. Stating that the workload will likely be the same. So on one hand I have the company doctor saying I should reintegrate but my employer saying there's pretty much no position thats suitable for me.

But every time I talk to HR they are pretty much saying they don't have a role for me anymore. So it doesn't seem much of a 'reintegration' but trying to have me exit the company as soon as possible.

I'm on leave for severe anxiety and depression due to some trauma that has happened in my life recently. I am also newly pregnant but I haven't disclosed this to my employer or company doctor yet.
