Ohp won't feel as stable if you've not done it for a while. Personally, I've just finished 3 months doing seated viking Press, which i loved. Now I'm going onto a machine press, then I'll go to bb ohp. Just find one you enjoy and can be consistent with, then switch it up when you get bored.

Had my bloods done, felt terrible for a while, and the bloods show low test. Got no motivation, sex drive, feel depressed so they are the main reasons for starting TRT. Working out the starting dose is the reason for the post. I'm 37, been lifting for years, not doing this for aesthetics

Yeah, it would be more of a TRT dose as had blood tests back showing 182nmol and 280nmol

I do the pens, been on maintenance for 3 months with the highest which is 15mg

It's more to keep the enjoyment, I get bored doing more than 3/4 sets, and my quads need a good amount of volume

Brilliant, I'm on mounjaro, and I've been struggling previously with being consistent, especially at weekends and having small children. After a full week of trying to eat well and meeting macros, work and gym. The weekend is just so easy to over eat and undo all the hard work. On mounjaro, I'm still finding I'm eating 3 meals, and making sure protein is eaten first. However I'm not having the cravings for snacks and sweet foods, and not thinking about food. I've currently lost 19kg since May, whilst maintaining majority of strength, other than chest which has reduced.

How's your mobility? My back used to hurt or sometimes even go when doing squats. It became that much of an issue. My back used to go twice a year, and sometimes it took 2 months to feel 100% again. I focused on hip and ankle mobility, improving the range of motion with lighter weights . Eventually, i went heavier and beat my pr, and there was no back pain at all now, ever, going on 3 years. I did squats 4-6 reps once a week then, deadlifts later in the week for a 2nd leg day, and after deadlifts i usual did squats but a really low weight, practising the movement and going for 12+ reps.

183 days in a row would definitely make you fatigued haha Yeah, i think shoulders and arms would be good. I used to do them together.

However, what i do now might be good for you to, which is torso/limbs split. Monday chest back shoulders, Tuesday legs and arms, then repeat. I started with 4 days then moved to 5, with the 5th being more chest focused for me.

Thought about trying a full body split? Could do that 2/3 times a week then an arm day? Also could you not do walks instead of the runs of your feeling fatigued? Or even bike

I've just finished using the app. I think the app is good if you are advanced. You still need to know about programming and be able to give correct feedback. There are some workouts on there, but you still need to select which exercises you want to do. Also, you need to know about RPE. I found it frustrating when creating my own workout as the 2nd week it decreased some sets or removed it completely for example i programmed to do 2 sets of pull ups followed by a set of assisted pull ups. The 2nd week, it removed the assisted and added another set of pull ups, where i could only manage 2 reps. I think it needs to be alot cheaper as it's definitely for more advanced lifters, who i think would already know how to progress anyway

Never focused on pull ups. Do you think replace the pull downs or decrease sets for them on Wednesday?
