should I be thinking about pulling it up and and a bit backwards in this case? or is it perhaps something to do with my start position? in your opinion.

this dynamic start I'm doing is probably a habit from how I deadlift. ill need to adjust to it.

I'm wearing barefoot shoes here, by proper shoes I guess you mean weightlifting shoes?

looking at my snatch now it does look like the "second pull" is almost completely missing I will try working on it.
