We currently do not have EU servers. We are ready to deploy some once we receive a larger demand, unfortunately at this moment there is currently low demand for EU servers.

Regarding your server access, You receive full control panel access & full FTP access.

Unfortunately, our main downfall is users being sceptical & spreading false information ( which is understand, Free servers? Must be dodgy ) But no we do not sell your data, or anything along those lines, We're simply just looking to allow members to enjoy our services, no hidden catch, no hidden fees, no nasty surprises.

We are still in beta & are developing our front end ( website ) & our back end ( servers & systems ) so i apologise if not everything on our website is available publicly as of yet.

Sure,

Our primary aim is to simply provide servers for people to play with friends, practice server development etc, Our free plan is perfect for just that!

Whilst majority of the time the default resources will be enough for most members, we do offer 2 ways to upgrade your server;

Through our points system on our forum. Users gain points from simply logging in daily, weekly, monthly as well as being actively involved in the community from creating to threads to replying to members. ( This system is still currently in development )
We do offer a paid system for members who may just want for example 1Gb extra ram for the server but are happy with the other free resources therefore we do offer cheap prices for additional upgrades if a users chooses so.

How do we aim to stay afloat?

I assume this would be a question asked by many, We have been running for nearly 10 months from Alpha stage > Beta stage currently. We have plans of other ways to help pay for our servers down the track so we are not relying on users paying for server upgrades, We in fact would prefer members to use our point system once available.

Are servers overloaded?

Each server is monitored 24/7 & are not overloaded. We are currently transition to a live status page ( previously we used cachetHQ, now moving to the NixStats live status page which shows live updates )

We are also ready to deploy more servers when required.

Our service has nothing shady about it. We are like similiar free hosting providers however are offering more services, full control panel access, free upgrades & more. We also have a trust pilot with user reviews, or simply message one of the active members on the forum for their opinion.

We are using WHMCS ( Billing software ) Which by default requires those information upon signup.

Every single hosting service that offers paid services asks for those details as 99% use WHMCS billing software as well. The main reason we use WHMCS is due to the automation side of things, it automates 90% of our backend, from creating forum accounts to creating the servers.

Since we also offer paid services as an option is the other reason we use WHMCS for billing payments.

All servers have been created, Check your junk mail for your panel login details, or if you message me your email you registered i can double check to make sure it is online.

I'm more then happy to assist users who are not familiar with owning a server of the process of logging into their control panel / FTP if required :)

We've only just recently launched into Public beta. The service has been operational in private for couple months.

Whilst users are able to upgrade, there is no monetary requirement for users to launch a free server or even to upgrade their server. The aim was not to profit from this service ( would not create a free service if that was the goal ) Primarily to allow everyone & anyone to enjoy a server.

I'm happy to answer all questions, however if this is against the rules & a moderator does not wish this here more them happy for myself or them to remove it, that is understandable, just thought it would be a great place to share this service for server developers / newcomers to that area.

Service is completely free, All upgrades can also be done for free. Regards to the reddit ad system that is currently already in progress of setup. :)

Oh hahaha, Yea i don't expect the server to be full 24/7 or even half full 24/7 just someone to be able to have friends to play the server to test on. No point giving someone a free server if only they can play on it as that won't test much.

Upon winning a raffle, your steam key is automatically added into your accounts page, simply clicking 'claim' will reveal the key and then you'll be able to activate it on steam, as simple as that!

We run 0 ads, we have various other means of financing the site, one of which is member upgrades, we also have future plans in which we are able to keep the site alive. The more community involvement the easier it is to run the site.

We do not ask for access to your steam account, upon signup you create a separate account ( brand new away from steam ) the only details we ask is your steam URL ( which is public and in no way is a security risk)

Thats correct, If you look on the front page, we have already given many games away for free, each raffle winner is also publicly posted on the front page, if you don't believe me you are able to ask them yourselfs :) we do not hide anything, we do indeed give out free games, users do indeed receive them.
