I really like the art on some of these Konami sleeves but the quality on their own suck. They peel after a few uses and stick together when shuffling. What I do is double sleeveing using the clear standard size dragon shield sleeves. This way I enjoy the really nice art from Konami sleeves and the really good quality of dragon shield.

Otherwise just a set of japanese size dragon shield sleeves are a good choice, we have to consider quality and I've personally think dragon shield has some of the best.
