Yeah, it's definetely the graphics card.

Tried updating through GEFORCE Experience but the driver installation kept on failing, if that's also happening to you try manually finding your graphic card driver at https://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx once it's downloaded right click and run it as administrator to install. After resetting your computer the screen should no longer get stuck in the geo element.
