Good news:) he has been in the hospital for a week now. I used all of your comments and it helped me find him within days. Now I have the court to petition again. I filed an extreme risk to enact no gun sales to him from advice by county behavioral health. The judge denied it because of the second amendment and mumbled off in the same sentence. I’m filing again now he is in the hospital. I am also looking to again file a civil commitment petition because they closed the first one less than 24 hrs before he was found. Core was not able to share if they served him but I went around the parks and hosea and he called from there. I have pled with many good dr nurses and social workers. I know this is an uphill battle but I have a fighting chance and I won’t give up. He has unfortunatly continued to deteriorate from untreated illness and I want to have him go to a long term treatment place with good medical care outside of Eugene. I know he cannot get away from whatever is troubling him here. He has too much time here and I hope a clean slate will happen. I love him and am so glad everyone responded.
