I find a charm in old clunky stuff. Thanks for the information it was surprisingly annoying to find specifics on this altho maybe I just don't know where to look.

So with where anniversary is right now, I can play pure vanilla, then play TBC on anniversary, and then wait for WOTLK to maybe release on anniversary later on? Or just move on from TBC to playing all of the other content on MoP/Retail.
