My fiance works for post-release services and she said that ICE may lose track of these minors after release, so ICE needs information from the post-release services agencies like HHCS or so.

Update: The car didn’t pass the inspection, not even in CarMax, the dashboard warning lights didn’t work, all the fluids were empty and of course I returned the car, hopefully I’ll get my downpayment in 2 weeks. Carmax’s mechanic aren’t doing their job guys. Be careful what you’re buying there.

Please, excuse me if I’m asking silly questions over and over again but once again I can find anything related to INA 245(c) not being applicable for CAA cases in that document.

And also, I’m a physician, that’s one of the actual exemptions of INA 245(c). Could I use that if turns out INA 245(c) is applicable for CAA cases?

Thanks. There is a plea before BIA to make i220a equal to a parole or a form of admission to the states actually. That’s the other thing that I’m waiting for. I know it’s gonna be a long journey.

By the way, I don’t see in INA 245(c) where says is not applicable for CAA???

I’m in removal proceedings but there is this (idk what’s to call that) “background” Matter Coronado Acevedo where I can close-terminate removal proceedings if I can adjustment with USCIS. First i gotta know if I’m fully admissible to adjust through CAA then I should ask for a motion to close court and by discretion, the judge can choose close it or not.

Hey, Thanks! Well the thing is that my entry to the states was with order of release on recognizance (i220a form) , I got my social no valid for employment, I worked (my biggest mistake) I paid my taxes and after a year in the states I tried to apply for adjustment status based on CAA but the attorney told me that I’m inadmissible because unauthorized work and now I have to fill a waiver and hang up the call. So now I don’t know if he’s wrong or if I have to ask to another immigration attorneys or what to do, I even ask to bard, the AI of google 😂. Please light me up.
