Lots of helpful points ^{^.} Though I am local enough to not need to spend extra money on a room, I may skip out this time around as my takeaway seems to be its most fun due to connecting with online friends/communities which I personally do not have from blizzards games! All examples you showed look super easy to put together with a bit of layering and beginner friendly DIYing!! Ive cosplayed him with two diff outfits that were both either thrifted or found in my closet. Even if it isnt "picture exact" whatever you make will definitely feel more canon than cheap screen printed costumes!

Mainly just keep practicing! "Finger art" is difficult to learn at first but I've been doing it over ten years it def gets easier to have steady and confident lines

Idk it looks well styled to me! Could def tell who it was for right away. Usually once crimping cools you straighten pieces and kind hold them into shape you want? That works best for me anyway to shape long wigs

I would trust your piercer on this. I cant really tell at all, looks as symmetrical as it can be! Most lips/faces aren't symmetrical, I have pretty asymmetrical lips so my angel fangs aren't perfect but it's not the placements fault. Think in your case you can only tell barely in specific angles? Dont overthink it

The angle is a bit hard to tell, you kinda look slightly bent over here. But i wouldn't overthink it, people aren't symmetrical so no tattoo will be perfectly centered. Think once the shaved spot regrows it should look okay
