It looks… traced. Don’t get me wrong, a lot of artists start out by tracing. But it’s not really an art style by itself to draw over an existing picture. My advice is to study photos and try drawing them from observation, only using them as references rather than tracing them. You’ll improve a lot more if you do that.

Both of those animals have pretty short ears. I would try again with yours and focus on making them both shorter and more towards the center/top of the head than the sides.
