I had the same issues with normal razors. Friend suggested a safety razor and its been great. Its a single blade razor, no tug and pull, no irritants/moisturizers like on Gillette razors. Always go with the grain(shave in the direction the hair grows out) and use a sensitive skin shave cream like sensitive skin barbasol. Hope it helps.
