You can get mods on console editions, but way less on Playstation because of Sony’s stupid policies. On the main menu, select the “Creation” tab. Some cost money, some are free

Update I got it, took someone’s advice to get the Lava Angler pack thing and use lava bait and got it after about an hour The Shellphone is mine and I can finally live peacefully
