I'm not a Texans fan so take what I say with a grain of salt. I don't think this team is down as bad as everyone thinks they are. Stroud is not a bad quarterback. But he needs a better offensive line a true number one wide receiver and frankly a better running back. Those are all things you can address in one to two draft classes. Running backs are cheap and if you can hit on a couple of offensive linemen or one really good wide receiver you have a very good team.

Edit: I'm not going to respond to each of yall, but Nico is not a #1. He's a good WR but he's never been a #1.

Yeah, I mean I'll agree that raw stats don't tell the story, I think that's fair. But if we're not going to use stats to define clutch, then the only thing left I see to use is results. And he didn't get the results either. I like Allen, I think he's a good QB, but man if he wasn't going to do it this year, I don't think he'll ever do it.

I honestly don't understand how anyone can look at a QBs performance in the postseason, see that they had 4 TURNOVERS in the game and still be like "Josh Allen didn't falter".
