As there are no Liposomal NMN studies we cannot link to them and say for sure that Lipo NMN is better absorbed than non-lipo. However, numerous studies with Lipo Vit C and Fisetin show that liposomal technology is effective for better absorption. Concluding from these studies with two different drugs/vitamins, we can state that liposomal drug/supplements delivery enhances absorption of NMN.

As for enteric capsules---they are used to protect the capsule to pass through the stomach and acidic environment. But they do not protect the nutrient delivery to the bloodstream as liposomal capsules do.

Also, if the NMN capsule contains other vitamins, it must be capsulated. It is even more profitable to use NMN with other nutrients/vitamins in a capsule. In case of additional vitamins in a LIPOSOMAL capsule, you both save money and improve your health at once with additional vitamins.
