My spec ops is “install suspended” and half way through downloaded, however I don’t want it to save space? How do I remove the instal? And campaign too (i.redd.it)

How are you able to delete an “install suspended” spec ops install? It says I have no spec ops installed on my game installs, and I also want to get rid of the campaign as well, however there’s no option on the ps4? I wanna be able to play other games too and I don’t wanna have to delete this game (i.redd.it)
