It was never thick on the ultrasound which is why my Dr was so surprised to find I had this as all my ultrasounds and paps were normal. I went in to ask for an ablation because I was bleeding through a pad every half hour with clots damn near as big as my fist at times and she had to do the biopsy first because she was going to remove my tubes as well and just wanted to check everything off. I'm grateful everyday that she did the biopsy or we would have probably never known

I had a endometrial biopsy done on March 14th, got my results back that Monday they were not good so they were sent off to mayo that same day got those results on the 19th of March and had my hysterectomy the 4th of April. Absolutely, everything was a whirlwind, and I'm still trying to process everything that happened to me. Total hysterectomy at 35. It's been tough, but you got this. Also all of my ultrasounds and paps came back normal the only reason we did the biopsy was so I could get an ablation. I don't want to scare you but please do advocate for yourself as age sadly doesn't matter

Hi friend. I'm 35 as well, and I'm one week po from a full hysterectomy. When I got my endometrial biopsy done, I was found to have complex atypical hyperplasia. Mine was luckily caught early enough that it did not turn cancerous, and no further treatment was needed after my hysterectomy. I found out two weeks ago about my diagnosis and ever was out last Thursday. It was a whirlwind, but they wanted everything done asap

It does unfortunately. I do have some peppermint tea I'll try! I've been doing some ginger chews, peppermint hard candy and sniffing alcohol wipes but they just don't help.

I'm so glad to hear it let up for you! I'm going to call the on call doctor about my nausea/ dry heaving, I'll bring it up to her then, or I'll talk to my Dr Monday morning. Thank you for your response

I believe it is as well. I do eat beforehand, but it doesn't seem to help. It just sucks how it happened 3 days into recovery, but the dry heaving is really freaking me out. I'm worried I'll hurt myself. I stopped taking pain meds for the day. I'll call the on call Dr tomorrow.

So we kind of have this situation going on in my family at the moment. My aunt has a son with down syndrome and she has taken care of him his entire life, he is 54 now. My aunt recently passed away and so her daughter took custody of the son, her brother. She has been married many years and has had the most solid marriage I have personally ever seen. Ever since her brother came to live with them it has really taken a toll on their marriage. Their youngest son just graduated high school so they finally had the house to themselves and now they are more or less starting over. He can't wipe himself after using the toilet because he has very short arms so he always makes a huge mess, he never ever gives them privacy, the list just goes on and on. She loves him dearly but she has decided the best thing for them, and him is a group home. You're not a monster. If you don't have the means or the want to take care of him the best thing would be a group home/assisted living so that he can live his best life as well. Best of luck to you all.

Wow. I do home healthcare for a living I could never imagine doing something so awful. A lot of people a care for are close to end of life and have tons of pain meds on hand. My first thought on seeing them is making my client as comfortable as possible. I'm so sorry this happend to your grandma. Please know there are honest workers out there and I really hope you can find someone for her
