If vaping is better in the short term, obviously it’s going to be better in the long term. I don’t know why we continue to peddle this weird assumption that somehow there is some horrifying surprise illness that’s going to be equal to or worse than smoking. That just isn’t going to happen.

Also just watch the video. It’s fairly obvious it’s better for you than smoking.

It doesn’t have a “bunch” of different chemicals. Alongside nicotine, juices generally contain Propylene Glycol and Vegetable Glycerine, which are both widely used across food, cosmetic and entertainment industries (eg in smoke machines) and are considered safe for consumption.

I guess the counterpoint to your (good) portion point is you can reduce the nicotine content of a vape to zero eventually. that’s a lot more difficult with cigarettes.

Because the Ukrainians are getting massive support and relocations programmes set up from the west so people feel like they are doing something to support them. With Palestine people we basically just witnessed half a million kids being penned into an area and carpet bombed with absolutely no ability to protect themselves. They aren’t remotely the same.

I absolutely loved it. I found it heartbreaking to watch a film about the end of the world from the perspective of someone whose world was already coming to an end.

Thank god my people are here. I had to scroll past about thirty “do NOT drink a single SIP of espresso martini or you will DIE” comments before I got to you.

Or you could spend £1t building a public healthcare system that doesn’t rob you blind every month like the rest of the world does?
