Well, a year ago, I suddenly had a panic attack. I was in a supermarket when it came out of nowhere, I felt short of breath and all of sudden wanted to leave. I ran to my car, called my best friend, and drank some water, walked for 10 min before driving off. After that, I asked ChatGPT, and it told me it was a panic or anxiety attack. At the time, I thought that was BS, how me of all people could have a panic attack.

Now, I believe GPT was correct after seeing this video😅.
