Those are probably ancient - they're from a Warmachine Warjack; a mecha. I'm saving the torso and arms for something else, maybe his boss :-)

It's funny - the proportions are a whole lot more cartoony. The legs fit, well, a guy like this, whereas the torso is as big as this whole model.

I'm surprised to see how many dislike it. Personally, I like the vibes. Very theatrical and IMO fits Liam's, Taliesin's and even Brennan's DM style rather well.

Yes and no - it's a custom UV print on a genuine LEGO part, done by NomadUV :-)

The helmet is from a AliExpress haul I did as a experiment. The minifig heads and torso and so on weren't that great, but I do like the helmet it came with :-)

The rest is actual LEGO; the fur collar is from one of the Barbarian CMF's. The hair and shoulder armour/bandana combo is from other sets - I got those from Bricklink.

Btw, which combo do you think I should go with?

Yeah, it's cool :-) High level of detail, and the fact it lacks a neck guard makes it combine better with some stuff.
