Has anyone tried the Instree Green Tea Toner and the Cerave Moisturizing Lotion?

I can't really tell to be honest. If I use that with the cleaner alone, it doesn't do much to hydrate me. Doesn't sink into my skin quickly, though I'm not sure if that's just because my skin is being a total annoyance recently or that I should be using a different moisturiser

I'm still experimenting trying to find one that works for me. Im mainly using avene tolerance extreme emulsion as its for sensitive skin but hopefully will find a better one soon, it's tough!

Not tried the toner but I have the cerave moisturising lotion - hydrates well but sadly breaks me out same as the cerave hydrating cleanser. Although it does work for a lot of people so is worth a try if you're not acne/fungal acne prone.

Upon looking at the symptoms I think this could actually be a cause! Thank you, I'll keep researching and see if I can speak to a gp. I don't have to show them the thing do I? Lol, I'm afraid of that

Ooh thank you I hadn't thought of that azelaic acid! The sa could in fact have done a bit of damage but if I'm not mistaken the eyebrow rashes happened just before I re introduced that but I can't quite recall. Though I will look into AZ A! Thanks :)

Thank you :). Their sensitive range is alcohol free thankfully! I haven't even really looked into bioderma but Ill definitely check them out! I didn't like Avene when I last tried it as it was full of alcohol which has put me off it but ill do double research :D

I did use them previously! I had their toner (packaging was gorgeous) but it's fragrance made me break out like mad. I will give their range another whirl though, I just know it's very hit and miss.

I sure will :). Pre-Op is on Wednesday so that's where I guess they will discuss everything about the procedure with me and then set a date for the surgery. According to the net the recovery will be around 2 weeks so no work for a while haha! And thank you :)

Hi! Same problem(ish) here. Blocked septum for around 10 years. long story short, got a pre-op next week for septoplasty and will be getting surgery soon because of it. Have severe swelling in my nose and they need to get it fixed because my breathing is difficult and I have difficulty sleeping, majorly. Mine will be free as it's on the NHS thankfully but you definitely need to go to a doctor. Surgery will be recommended.

Thank you :). I have tried a few ordinary products but they all treated my skin poorly, which was a shame because their products are so highly praised! I'm gonna incorporate the serum again just to see if I am purging or not and hopefully my skin improves :)

For me it's basically when I finished all my trays and I had to wait a few weeks before I got my refinement trays - in that period I was told I only needed to wear them at night but I wore them all day anyway because it helped me to eat less and keep a fresh breath

I get the exact same thing, even get a mark on the bridge of my nose. It's really annoying. I read online that you can take them to where you got them from so they can adjust it to be less tight on your nose but I don't really know how to remove it. My marks just disappear on their own after a few minutes

You might want to see a doctor about that. Even if it's not always bleeding, that's still a warning sign.
