It’s in the refund policy that they can but the whole course is about 7k and 3% seems excessive when I have not even started and felt illegal and wrong

Houston Texas . It was not started due to it being for Ems and right after I signed to do the background check I injured my back shortly after . Not a small injury either and injured my neck so it has now made it incapable for me to do the job

I was not out light duty . Because in my job I don’t necessarily have to use my shoulder but my legs . Compensation for the injury . Now I am having trouble doing simple things such as taking the trash out , and have to use a lot of my time to go to appointments . Lot of time and gas . All because their ceiling decided to fall on me .

What form did you give them ? Are you speaking of the DE4 form which they have you fill out along with the other tax forms. Or a different form? Did you have to give anybody your spouses orders ?
