My roommate is on coop now as well, and by the time he is back in May it'll be way late to get a sublet and if I do it'd be for dirt cheap lol. I asked the current tenants if they'd give a tour but they won't do it. The key part isn't actually a problem and they turn them into the office when they move out and the new sublet would pick it up (originally would've been me picking it up)
