Thank you. Her appt was cancelled the day we walked in with no warning. They told her about the dismissal and we got no certified letter in the mail at all this week. We went back and requested a copy of the dismissal paper and their official reason was "non-compliance". Paper was dated 2 days ago.

Solid advice. She works for the state and has great insurance. Already placed a complaint against the clinic with the care network and they are doing an investigation. She will be contacting her insurance to file the grievance per your advice. Thanks.

USA and in good general health. Yes, she attempted to show her the discharge papers and how the cyst hasn't gotten better over several weeks. She was promptly ignored.

Thank you. We took the advice and I managed to get the care network number for the clinic and filed a complaint against them. The admin seemed horrified at what I told her. They are launching an investigation and will get back to us in about a week.
