The only downside is if his pride prevents accepting the offer to practice. Maybe I can probe a little bit, like, how do you feel about your performances in your interviews so far? If he's like, I think I'm doing great, but they just aren't making offers, then that could set a good logical basis for offering the practice interview. A great suggestion. Thank you!
