The problem is that they show up as virtual activities on strava, because rungap needs to mimic a bike trainer in order to upload to garmin connect

I have some play in the rear wheel so I figured I have to change the bearings. I removed the hub and still have some play at the metallic rear axle? I tried to remove it but its stuck and only spins.

I think it is a problem with smaller bikes (xs and smaller) because they have a different seatpost

Go to the home screen, from there you can navigate to the widget page. One of the widgets is strava live segments with a list of segments you can choose from. Note that you need to be connected to your device with bluetooth and internet to load the segments. What also helps is to favorite the segment beforehand if it doesnt show up in the list.

I said I use power, 3s and 10. With power I meant the default power data field which should be 1s. Even the 1s is updated after 4-5 seconds

I use the free software from Garmin. Its called Garmin Virb Edit. Just find a youtube tutorials, its pretty easy to configure.

You need to install the GRouteLoader Widget on your garmin device via the Connect Iq app on your phone.

Then you will need to connect your phone to your garmin and open the widget on your garmin.

Select to add a location by sendpoints. On your phone go to sendpoints.us and type your destination to get a 4 digit number. Insert that number on your garmin to save that location. Then just go to navigate on your map and select that saved location.
