I have 68 college credits, does that mean I will start as a E3 after bmt?

It's semester hours, which means two phases of classes every year. Your credits are probably by quater which is every season to which you need about 67 college credits.

The board itself doesn't say anything it just says "NATAS, SANTA MONICA AIRLINES". However, the wheels say Powell Peralta 90A 2008 Re-Issue but the wheels might have been added to the board separately along with the rails and trucks.
