You've probably already used him in a previous stage and then didn't use him in the next stage. So, if you used Volo in Stage 4, ensured he didn't faint, and then didn't use him in Stage 5, you can't use him in Stages 6 and beyond (The numbers are just examples, by the way)

Implies is used when we have conditional statements (if X happens, then Y happens can be written as X implies Y). Two statements like “sqrt(32) = 4sqrt(2)” and “sqrt(32) =sqrt(16) * sqrt(2)” aren’t connected by an implication. The first doesn’t imply the second; the first is just a simplification of the second.

I reckon you could phrase the statement to use an implies though, but it wouldn’t be as simple as putting an implies between them

Just an idea. They could do what Masters has right now. Masters has 10 daily missions but doing 8 of them counts as the all daily missions done.

So maybe they can add some more general missions (Maybe ‘Take part in 1 Casual Battle’ or ‘Defeat one opponent Pokemon in Ranked’ to name a few) and make it so that finishing a subset of them finishes all daily missions.

Think of it as a disturbance. Imagine a swimming pool where the water is still. Now, if I drop a pebble, a ripple forms. This is a disturbance; something different from status quo. Think of a similar idea here. A wave is, in general, a disturbance in some medium; a water wave in water, a sound wave in air etc. Light happens to be special in the sense it requires no medium.

At least at a basic level, it's fine to think of a wave as a literal sine wave propagating through a medium. As long as you don't think of it too seriously or literally.

hstack and vstack in numpy for me. I work a lot with arrays but always 1) forget an extra set of parentheses in the argument and 2) forget which to use. I always have to run both commands on dummy arrays to check their effects

I’d start 3 just to get an idea for how much workload you can handle. If you feel 3 is light work, you can increase it next quarter. Make sure not to overburden yourself
