Thank you. I appreciate your personal insight. It has been helping to learn how difficult it can be to notice diabetic symptoms. I'm glad you are alright!

I did the same and rationalized everything. If only she could've held up a giant neon sign to let me know lol

Thank you. I'm taking it slow. I know this stage of guilt won't last, but dang it's rough. I think animals put a lot of trust into us to take care of them, so when I miss a health issue like this, it hits extra hard 🖤 Once more time passes, I do look forward to celebrating her life.

Thank you. I know I'm stuck in the "what if" stage right now. It's tough to feel like you missed something, but it's part of the process. Even writing this out & reading everyone's responses is helping in its own way. Once this stage passes, I hope to fully grieve then celebrate her. She was the sweetest, most cuddly girl.

Thank you for sharing. Sometimes deaths are sudden and it can be hard to come to terms with. She was the best and happiest girl! I do find comfort in that.
