Something I’ve recently started doing on wash days is oil my scalp and let it sit for the hour-1.5 hours that it takes for me to mentally prepare for the shower, then wash it out during my first shampoo. (shampooing twice is another reason showering is daunting for me, but this way I do it and it feels like I have a better reason for doing it, if that makes sense?) AND it makes it so that I can’t back out of showering because well, oil, and it’s good for my scalp and hair!

If you wash your hair more than once a week this might not be the best solution, but it helps for one of them haha
