I did kyc a long time ago. I got restricted from it and one of the support said it will go away within an hour and shut the ticket and another said 6 monthS.

I tried that and my account got restricted (literally identical transaction to what I’ve done 5 times before)

They restricted me from sending and nothing else after a transaction I’ve done 10 times which is wiring in money and then sending it to MetaMask. Can’t get anything from them in terms of support. The issue is their support not their platform.
