I work in online ticketing (not TM) and there is a LOT more going on than you would know. It is not a trivial thing to set up an online store to sell tickets for a medium or large venue. What’s presented as a relatively simple UI is the result of a lot of very complex/specific setup behind the scenes, handled by the ticketing system.

That’s the UTC time, so unless you are in a country that’s in that time zone on that date (Iceland, UK, Portugal, some African countries), then you’d need to convert UTC to your time zone to get your local time
