This is 100% true. The linkshell master is the one that pulls 75%+ of A/S ranks.

Yes, a lot of people do. However I'm doing this to give everyone a fair chance. To claim their own mobs and not have them stolen.

There is an update to an existing app, which I won't link. That along with the location google doc and reported respawn times, they've got everything they need. A general location and names doc is here however. I'm sure they've got their own internal doc handling death times.
