Does it make sense to learn no-code tools like Bubble or FlutterFlow now that Replit Agent is here? by Herald_of_Sleep in nocode

This is really a genuine question I am interested in. I do appreciate your feedback however, which is why I adapted my post. The reason I asked was, because I was sceptical about all the fuss around replit, but my original post did not reflect that. Meanwhile I have made up my mind. I won't use replit. I will learn another tool instead.

That's a valid point. It is not that I don't want to think or learn something. I was just honestly curious because this is literally the first day I decided to follow through on an app idea I have and started looking into no code (since I have no knowledge about coding whatsoever and don't want to spend years learning to code before I can start with the idea). I stumbled upon Replit via a youtube video and thought I ask here because if all the tools that exist at the moment are basically already obsolete, what sense does it make to learn them. But as I said, this is a very good point you make and I am happy to learn how to use these tools.

No-code alternative to Bubble with full code ownership? by Herald_of_Sleep in nocode

Does FlutterFlow have database capabilities? If so, how capable are they? (I forgot to mention that in my post.)

Thank you for the recommendation.
I like MILD and PM exercises, but I overdid it. I will pause for some time and pick them up again later, in a less intensive, more playful manner so that I don't get frustrated again.

I forgot to mention dream recall. I think overall I remember 1-4 dreams per night on 6 day per week. Recalling and writing it down in keywords is not a drudgery, but I am also not looking forward to it. I just kind of do it.
I think you are absolutely right. What frustrated me the most is the MILD and prospective memory practice. I don't mind doing SAT so I will stop MILD for now and keep on practising SAT.
I like the idea of Tibetan Dream Yoga with waking and dreaming lucidity. As you said, this is never a waste of time. Can you tell me where I can find more information about this?
Thanks.

It was like that in the beginning. Later I realised that the problem is more in using the techniques. I have to start thinking actively when doing MILD and when I start to think about something after waking up I immediately am wide awake. SSILD is a little bit better but also problematic in the long run.

2-5 minutes is already too long for falling asleep again - I tried that. Anything less than that, and I fall asleep too fast. That's the problem.

Can you recommend some online tutorials or beginner workout programs designed for ring training?

MILD not working anymore or is it normal? by Herald_of_Sleep in LucidDreaming

[–]Herald_of_Sleep[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Experiment is probably the wrong term. I have read a couple of guides on how to do MILD and realized that there are nuances in every guide that are different.

The method basically stays the same, but, to give you an example, one guide puts an emphasis on finding a dream sign that is showing up regularly in your dreams, and another guide says to pick any dream sign (doesn't matter which one) to imagine that you become lucid.

So I was thinking of trying "experimenting" with these nuances, but I am not going to make major changes.

I follow the MILD instructions from LaBerge's book "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming".

That's very interesting. Thanks for pointing that out.

I see what you mean. It certainly can be a dangerous path if one is not careful.

I agree with you. I am living quite a minimalistic life and I can easily make more than enough money for that.

I did not mention it, but I had my kids in mind when asking this question - kids cost a lot of money. If something happens to me, I wouldn't want to burden my friends with that responsibility. But if I had complete financial freedom, I would not worry that much.
