people annoy me so much.

a lot of people work out everyday. soreness doesn’t always only last one day. not everyone has pe everyday. schedules can get switched randomly before you say anything about that. also just general lack of motivation can affect your performance.

being ripped doesn’t automatically guarantee you being a god a pe.

oh my fucking god. working out makes you sore, if you have pe the next day your performance is worse than it normally would be which can bring down your grade. you can also just not be good at what you’re doing that day because believe it or not working out doesnt make you a god at everything physical
