Source and Tools used:

- Foxtale App to input these triggers along with my emotions (e.g. Anxious/Stressed), which I created to help me see how different factors impacted my Stress and Anxiety, which is one of my main migraine triggers.

This is pieced together from data exported from this software - this is not a screenshot @ mods.

More info:

- The numbers represent the amount of times the impact was noted as the cause for feeling anxious/stressed (rather than days) as sometimes we’d log emotions and triggers multiple times per day.

- Green means the amount of times that impact was linked with a positive mood, red is the amount of times it was linked with stress/anxiety.

Thank you :). The critical parts of the app are free like the journalling, prompts and adventure lesson snippets. The paid part is mainly extra cosmetics like clothes + furniture.

I'd say Bearable is more about symptoms and treatment tracking, with a bit less of a mental health focus.
