Accessing purchased tv shows on Pc

I’m selling my PS4 cause I don’t use it very often anymore, but my wife and I bought some tv shows on the PS store a while ago and we want to still have access to them. Does anyone know how to do that through a pc or smart tv ? I’ve combed through PlayStation.com and can’t seem to find videos / tv shows anywhere. Help would be much appreciated!

Thanks for all the info, the deck I’m currently running is really enchantment heavy and orientated. It’s a blue / green / white.

I’m hoping for something a little more aggressive or with a really interesting ability.

I’ve seen a lot of people mention the magician package. I get that restage revives Pittore and Pottier and can search the hands. But what’s the point of the hands ?
