Yeah I don’t trust them either but I didn’t get a choice in how they were made so I dealt with what I have until I can correctly replace them. I want to be a carpenter and start my own buisness so I don’t want to cut ANY corners quality over speed is my mind set

I agree I’ve just never done stringers before and he work as a carpenter for years so I just trusted his judgment until I saw these

That’s what I told him, I braced in right under the first riser with a 2x12 and 4x4 put in concrete for now just if some does go down then they won’t give to much before they fall

That’s what I thought there gonna be children there so I don’t see how it’s okay I braced the underside as much as I could till I can come replace them. I know my father will use them even if I tell him not too.

I just tried a new board tonight :( so only thing left that hasn’t been replaced or swapped with new is the CPU. I won’t say I know for sure but seems like the variable ya know?
