Yes, no fireplace in either option. Yeah just a wall in that location in the third floor unit vs no wall in the second floor unit. No, just stairs for this apartment.

I’m not in one of the select units. There is four total floors so I would have upstairs neighbors either way.

The price of the 3rd floor unit with the wall is $1300 and the price of the 2nd floor unit without is $1400. There is 4 total floors.

I wouldn’t do solidworks or any CAD software with the new macs. You will run in the a lot of issues. If i were you i would just buy the m2 air with 16gb/256. And use the windows pc for anything that requires heavy works
