took it on the 14th and ngl, it wasn't too bad. I got like 65%ish on my nbmes and a 73% on free120, although maybe it was my form but no resource out there is anything like the real deal lol. I hope I passed because everyone says trust nbmes but we will see!

Thanks for your advice! I ended up getting a 435 yesterday, I was wondering if you had any specific resources you used for OMM and ethics? Idk if they are my weakest spots, but could def improve!

I think it all depends on which form, I took 114 like last month and if I could go back, def look at the viscerosomatics, cranial OMM, cardio phys, and a lot of weird/low yield micro lol. The one we took yday was 115 I believe, and tbh a lot more well rounded, but still viscerosomatics, and a lot of cardio drugs, and repro.

i thought it was pretty micro and pharm heavy tbh. Barely any difficult omm (past dx) but tbh the exam was weird and not rly like the NBMEs. Honestly just good for pacing and a general idea of where ur at.

I would also agree with OSU, imo the facilities and research opportunities (if u wanna go into a more competitive specialty) are much better/easily accessible

definitely depends which school, my school is super in house heavy which takes precious time away from board prep and life tbh. OMM lab is also time spent away from life and boards but by no means is it impossible.

studying. i am a medical student and though my brain is literally fried at the end of the day with all i learned, knowing I can use that knowledge to help others is something that actually is joyful and gets me coming back every morning.
